Wyoming Auto Insurance Laws
Wyoming's mandatory auto liability insurance law requires that anyone
driving a motor vehicle must satisfy the state's
financial responsibility minimum of 25/50/20:
$25,000 for one person and up to $50,000
for all persons injured in an accident; and $20,000 of property
damage liability coverage.
For those who need more financial protection, higher coverage
limits can be purchased at an additional cost. Uninsured motorist
coverage will be included in an automobile liability policy
delivered in Wyoming unless you reject the coverage in writing.
This is done at the time you make application for a policy.
The minimum uninsured motorist coverage is $25,000 for bodily
injury coverage per person and $50,000 per accident.
