Understanding Towing Coverage
Having towing coverage means that you will most likely get reimbursed in case your vehicle needs to be towed. Whether your car breaks down on the highway or gets into an accident, this coverage will give you a way to get your car towed in order for repairs.
Towing coverage may include, such as taking your car to the nearest auto repair shop, getting you car out of the middle of the street away when it breaks down, fixing you car at the site of an accident or breakdown, and even filling your gas tank or changing your flat tire.
Towing coverage does not include the repairs that are done at a car shop. If you are thinking about getting towing coverage make sure that you do not already have someone, such as your car dealer, that provides these types of services.
